Guardian Med Legal Consulting is a medicolegal firm that was established with a clear mission of helping doctors and other healthcare professionals deal with medicolegal matters. Being doctors ourselves, we first hand experienced the difficulties faced by medical professionals in dealing with legal matters.
We witnessed several of our colleagues grapple with the threat of legal action, stuggle to find reliable medicolegal information and guidance, be exploited for regulation compliance and licecncing acquisition, being left perplexed to make decisions on legal counsels, a complete lack of coherance with their lawyers, and unfortunately even lose battles in courts of law due to shoddy defence strategies and arguements.
That was when we decided to establish a specialised medicolegal firm that would solve all of those problems. Since then, we have guided and handled a variety of cases for healthcare professionals and establishements across the country. Today Guardian Med Legal Consulting is a leader in field having built a reputation for being professional and ethical.
